One 50-minute training session per week at your chosen time. We start with technique assessment, video analysis, fitness assessment, and goal setting. Subsequent sessions will focus on areas of technique improvement and structured training to improve muscle memory and conditioning.
We train outdoors in the following locations: Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Castell-Platja d'Aro, and Palafrugell. Specific meeting places can be organized when you book your trial session.
We offer coaching for every experience level. Whether you are an absolute beginner training for your first race or an experienced runner looking to shave a few seconds off your best time, we have the knowledge and experience to help you become the best runner you can be.
Be dressed for exercise and the weather. Bring a water bottle and a good attitude.
