Chris brings over two decades of personal involvement in various sports and a decade of coaching experience to the table. He has a rich background as a competitive athlete in multiple sports and was a decathlete for UCLA in NCAA Track & Field. After college, he pursued professional athletics with dreams of making it to the Olympics, reaching the Top 20 in the U.S. for decathlon with a best score of 7427.
Alongside his athletic journey, Chris has spent numerous years coaching track & field athletes at all levels, from youth to elite. In high school, he was a multi-sport standout, earning Varsity letters in Track & Field, Soccer, Football, and Baseball.
Chris holds certifications as a USATF Level 1 coach and an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer. His educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Psychology, with a keen focus on human motivation and child development. Additionally, he has delved into advanced studies in anatomy and biomechanics, enriching his coaching expertise with a deep understanding of the human body's mechanics. Chris is passionate about helping athletes unlock their potential and achieve their goals, drawing upon his extensive experience and knowledge to guide them on their athletic journey.
